Pascal Bouchard Chablis is a product of blending from the various terroirs of Burgundy. The wine has a very, very light, almost translucent yellow color. It has a touch of frizzante that needs to blow off and then came the terroir which is light earthy smells. There s also some nice lemon smells. It isn t overpowering as the earthy tones are there. There are tropical fruit like pinneapple and guava. The mouth is bone dry, light to medium bodied with a lot more lemon in the mouth. This wine is best enjoyed with food to cut through the dryness and acid.
